Accessibility

Patrons with limited mobility may gain access to Bailey Hall through the entrance to the lower lobby at the southwest corner of the building (to the left of the main doors as you face Bailey Hall from the plaza).

Just inside Bailey Hall’s ADA entrance, there is an elevator that goes to the lobby, allowing same-level access to the ADA wheelchair platform (two spaces available) and companion seats (EE 411, 410, 409, 408; DD 410, 409, 408, 407; ) in the mezzanine.

Additional accommodating seats are available. A small lift in the front of the auditorium may be used to transfer guests between the mezzanine and orchestra levels.

Some chairs in both the orchestra and the balcony are removeable to make space for wheelchairs. Please see the seat map on our ticketing website for the locations of the wheelchair spaces and companion seats. Please note, we require one weeks' notice to fulfill such a request.

For guests needing assistance accessing the balcony, another elevator, indicated on the map, travels between the mezzanine level and the balcony.

There is a single ADA bathroom on the balcony level that allows caregivers to accompany. The general public restrooms in the basements, separate men’s and women’s rooms have individual stalls.

Hearing assist devices are available through the Box Office. There is no charge for using these devices; however, some form of collateral is required during pick-up to ensure the unit’s safe return.

The ADA wheelchair spaces on the mezzanine are always available. If you you require space for your wheelchair elsewhere during the performance or other accommodations, we are here to assist you. Please contact the CCS office when purchasing your tickets: 607-255-5144 or [email protected]
